Caring for someone else comes naturally to some people; but it is very difficult for others. This course is all about equipping everyone at C3 Church Carlingford to be able to care effectively for someone else. It is about taking the possible ‘I can’t do this’ within the caring context and turning them into ‘I can and I can enjoy it’.

During the course you will learn all about how to pastorally care for someone, how to make ‘cold phone calls’ how to deal with people’s responses, how to visit at home and in hospital, how to generally communicate with others, what the structure of C3 Church Carlingford is all about, are there any church protocols, what legalities are in place and why, what is church discipline all about, how to refer on to pastors etc.
